I have been trying all day to add a line via att.com and it simply does not work for me. Details: - I have an existing family plan (with up to 5 lines, currently have 3) and login using my user id/pw - I can get into the site and see my account details - I choose "Add a line to an existing family plan" and I am directed to a page to select a phone.

The first month you sign up, you get a whole month of allowances for calling, data and messaging, even if there is only one day left in that billing cycle. They make it up by collecting for an entire billing cycle when you cancel.
